The JR metro speakers use mid/bass drivers that have foam surrounds. These foam surrounds have been replaced. The JR Metro speakers were finished in what is called Nextel which is frankly quite horrible stuff which over time goes sticky and looks messy. These speakers have been resprayed black. They are in perfect working order and sound superb. The cosmetic condition isnt mint but very good indeed. They come with their original box but not all the packaging inserts.
