I am the original owner. A few blemishes as shown in photos, all my fault at one time or another... Owned since late 90s, and replaced it with some CJ tube monoblocks. Great sounding, very powerful amp with 200 watts per channel. One repair by CJ a few years back; if I recall correctly, a capacitor went out. Will ship in appropriate Conrad-Johnson box.

This is a nice working turntable. Belt driven. Keeps speed. Arm board fits sumiko and others. I have the original box but I may pack in my own box to isolate the platter and pull the spindle. Safer! This unit does not come with a tonearm. For those new to turntables , you can buy your own arm and put it on. This particular one had a sumiko arm. I already sold it. Thanks!

I have had this CD player in my collection for about a decade. I dont get around to using it so here it is. It appears to work as intended, but this a vintage player and nothing has been restored during my ownership period. I see some scratches including one in the middle of the screen. The paint on the top shows age, marks and cracking. No feet on the bottom. No remote.

Conrad Johnson's first attempt at the CD player market (circa 1987) with a new brand- Sonographe. Check out the University of Maine Audio Bits review online. They are basically Philips/Magnavox players heavily modded by Conrad Johnson. Twin TDA1450 and SAA7030 chips; CDM-2 mechanism. Solid oak side panels. No remote. A great player tuned to present a sweet analogue midrange. All three units sold together and are for parts only, as is. Shipping should be on the lower side and I will give you the best price I can by keeping packing and weight as reasonably low as possible without poor packing. This is a great sounding all FET (Field Effect Transistor) preamp featuring switching for six-line level inputs including tape monitor. Circuit highlights include a low output impedance which acts as a buffer between the level controls and the amplifier interconnect cables, avoiding the high frequency filter effect inherent in a passive control. This preamp has a unique zero-response circuit which exploits the symmetrical performance of N and P channel field effect transistors to cancel distortion without resorting to negative response. A low impedance discrete DC regulator powers this circuit, for minimum ac impedance at all audio frequencies. FET's are used in Sonographe audio circuits because of their tube-like square law transfer functions, which exclude unmusical odd order distortions that typify bipolar transistor circuits.
