JL Audio C3-650 Evolution C3 Series 6-1/2 convertible component speaker system These were bought in 2015 and used until 2018. They have been in storage since then. They work just fine and sound amazing. They are called convertible speakers because the tweeter can be either attached to the center of the woofer, or can be mounted away from the woofer yet still connect to the crossover, or you can remove the tweeter altogether like I did for rear speaker installations (i.e. rear fill). I do NOT have any grill covers for these. Overview: There are times when an installation calls for a separate woofer and tweeter and other times when a coaxial is the better approach.
