A rare sought after Jelco SA-750D Tonearm - Effectively New Old Stock The Jelco SA-750 was one of the last models of Tone Arm made by this famous Japanese Company. They sadly closed their doors some years ago as precision manufacturing tools were requiring replacement but more significantly they could no longer get the skilled workers required to produce their highly regarded range of Tone Arms. I purchased this SA-750D 8 years ago but I have never used it, hence it is in absolutely perfect condition, the only slight marking is around the Tone Arm Collar mounting holes where the Tone Arm has been fitted to my Jelco Tone Arm range of Audio Classique Turntable Armboards for photographing. The Accessories are still sealed in their plastic storage bags. This SA-750D is supplied with the additional (heavier) Counter Weight for use with heavier cartridges. Please Note the SA-750D was not supplied with an Interconnect, this requires a standard 5 Pin DIN connection. The correct plastic Spindle to Pivot (Mounting Gauge) and Mounting Template are included as are the original fitting and set up Instructions. The Headshell is a standard SME type bayonet fitting. For sale is my Sota Nova Series V vacuum turntable with a black Jelco 750-D tonearm. Also included are the upgraded Sota reflex clamp and dustcover. Not shown in the photos are the motor/vacuum unit and ALL accessories incl. original box, set-up manual, lead shot for balancing tonearm. I originally bought this turntable in 2005 and it had a tune-up with new bearing, springs, damping ring and cabinet in 2016. Invoice included in photos. Jelco sa-750D (Jelco Sa-750 9 Inch, 9) High end tonearm. Hs-25 Jelco headshell Please see the pictures for the exact cosmetic condition. A beautiful jelco sa-750 tonearm thats been manufactured by jelco with the utmost precision. This arm is one of the best tonearms at the price point and basically the only option for this price range if you want a modern day s arm with sme connector. Sadly very difficult to find now that jelco no longer exists. Does not come with a cable. Operation has been confirmed and the arm sounds fantastic.

I removed this tonearm from a Thorens turntable that I am parting out. I tested it today and it sounds wonderful. Parts include a Jelco SA-750DB in excellent used condition, includes tonearm, headshell, mounting base with screws and nuts, regular counter weight, heavy counter weight, Allen wrenches, plastic mounting template, paper mounting template, and instruction sheet. The only things missing from the original package are the dampening oil and a guide pin to use with the mounting template. Also included is a Jelco JAC-501 cable with replaced RCA plugs. The original plugs were crimp on and had two connections break, they have been replaced with much sturdier soldered plugs. Finally a Jelco SA-250ST mounting plate is included. The plate includes mounting spacers and screws and nuts. This plate is for use with a number of Thorens turntables including the TD-145, 146, 147, 160, 165, and 166. I had this installed in a Thorens TD-166 mkii and it worked perfectly. Please see photos for items included, and exact condition. These items are sold as is, no returns.
