It is a digital surround processor/system controller that offers 8 analog audio inputs, 6 digital audio inputs, 1 5.1-channel analog input6 HDMI 2.0 inputs,3 component inputs, 3 S-video inputs (anybody remember those) 2 composite video inputs On the output side it has 12 balanced outputs and 12 unbalanced audio outputsLeft Front, Center, Right FrontLeft Side, Right Side,Left Rear Right Rear,Left Subwoofer, Right Subwoofer, Dedicated LFE channel, plusTwo Aux outputs. It also has Zone 2 and Record Audio capabilities. There’s also 2 RS-232 ports for connection to control systems, as well as for future upgrades. It has world class HDMI switching with an impressive 6 HDMI inputs & 1 HDMI output 8 Video outputs (4 S-video and 4 composite) 5 Toslink (optical) inputs 6 S/PDIF Inputs 1 AES/EBU 1 OMJ input 4 Microphone inputs 3 Triggers 1 IR input 1 S/PDIF output Auto calibration with distance and level The only surround modes it doesnt support is Dolby Atmos, DTS-X and the latest Auro 3D.
