The device has been used to play CD’s. Not tested or used for video playback. The CD tray is not operating consistently. Will get stuck opening and closing sometimes. Comes with power cord. I have tested this item only to a specific point. As far as that goes I can say the radio and CD drive do seem to work. Ive taken multiple pictures to try to portray this. As for the radio portion it does seem a poor connection for most stations. I cannot say if this is our location or lack of an antenna or the weather hurting the connection, usually we can get many radio stations but my test did get mixed results. As for the CD portion I tested with just 1 disk but I input it multiple times to see if it will repeatedly take the disk in, read it and then eject when I tell it to. In my tests it does seem to do all of this. It does respond a bit slow to thr eject command or likely any command if youve just inserted the disk for a couple seconds but that is likely normal. The alarm feature, I tested it with both alarms 1 and 2 within minutes of each other. They can be turned off and on along with the alarm sound preference being set. I tested alarm 1 with the bell sound and it reminded me of a fire alarm out of batteries. The 2nd alarm I tested with the radio and it did work for me. With the second alarm I also tested the snooze/myte button. That button does seem to work although I have no clue how to decode upon the snooze time it was just set at 9 minutes as displayed on the screen. The number buttons seem to work but I only clicked through a few of them as I am sure these are intended to store your favorite radio channel. The pause/play, seek, track/tune and other buttons on the right side of the volume nob do seem to work. So our testing for the majority of the functions do seem to work. I did not test the 5-8 alternative button functions. The jog button seems to be for the radio speaker settings. I could not figure out how to control the stereo wid mono portion seen to the top right of the clock portion, all my testing was done in stereo. As for the aux port it is untested. All the back ports are untested. Overall it seems pretty good condition for the main of the functions is what we can speak for. Sold as is. Some visible wear all around the device. Plenty visible wear to the speakers. Please look closely as the pictures. Shipping will be insured.
