It is everything an audiophile needs to power endgame low-sensitivity headphones such as the Hifiman Susvara, Abyss 1266 TC, Focal Utopia, ZMF Caldera, etc. By default, the amp’s solid state mode offers an incredibly detailed, clean and neutral sound. The tube and tube+ modes add a degree of warmth and a holographic presentation to the soundstage. When tube mode is selected, the tubes give off a pleasant orange glow inside the amp.
