Harman Kardon HK870 Stereo Power Amplifier Vintage FOR REPAIR - Not Working When I inherited this unit 10 years ago, one channel worked and one didnt. Now, only a faint, distorted signal through one channel. Case and innards are fairly clean. Theres a small gouge in the top of the front panel - see pics. Its heavy and powerful. Original owner. Excellent condition. This and a matching HK825 (in a separate auction) were my college graduation present in 1986. The unit works perfectly. The sound is excellent. Only selling because I don’t use it anymore. I have a video of the unit working that I can send. I have the original owners manual, but not the original box. Local pickup only. I will drive a short distance if that helps. Item is 30 lbs. With the likely selling price, the cost of shipping, and the fact that eBay charges the full commission on the shipping, it doesn’t make sense for me to ship. So, local pickup only.
