We have checked the sound output by connecting it to the LINE OUT of VARIABLE and playing it for a short time. We confirmed the recording by LINE OUT of VARIABLE. Fast forward and rewind were possible. Remote control was able to operate the unit.Please note that the cassette tape got entangled when playing without closing the cassette tape tray tightly.I have not checked other aspects of the product. This is an as-is item. This is a very old product.Please note that there are scratches and stains on the exterior. Please check the pictures.
