Hitachi Cassette Recorder Double Deck 3D Super Woofer Boom Box TRK-3D8E *Read* Speakers cut out a bit when volume moved, usually settle. Volume sliders seem quite stiff. Speakers cut out sporadically when different sound modes toggled. When first powered on I had to toggle the battery - AC switch a few times before it came on fully. The radio and tape decks and functions are working. Works on power lead and also on batteries (batteries not included). The quality of the speakers seems good but cannot guarantee 100% as when new. There are dings / scratches / signs of use as detailed in photos. Selling as is for parts or repairs and not fully tested every single knob + slider so please bear in mind. This is a Hitachi 3D Super Woofer Boombox TRK-3D2E. It works well on the radio and the tape unless you put it onto the 3D speaker where its a bit vibration sounding but it could just be a setting Im not doing correctly.

Hitachi 3D Super Woofer TRK-3D88 in good cosmetic condition. Both cassette decks and radio work great and Ive changed the belts. The only problem is that one of the cassette doors doesnt open - the plastic piece at the back of the door has broken and is difficult to fix (I have tried). The antenna has also snapped off, but these are easy enough to find. Considering its age its a very tidy example and sounds superb.
