The item is being sold due to the organization of audio equipment. The CD tray was not functioning properly, so the belt was replaced. Since there was no analog output, the electrolytic capacitors were replaced with the following: one Japan Chemicon KMG Series 16V6800uf, four TK (Toshin Industries) UTSJ Series audio-grade 25V3300uf, and three TK (Toshin Industries) UTWE Series 35V4700uf. After the replacements, the device was able to play without issues; however, the pickup lens unit became faulty and was also replaced. The headphone jack does not output sound. The analog RCA, balanced, digital coaxial, and TOSLINK outputs have been confirmed to work, but the AES/EBU output has not been verified. The display is functioning correctly. Overall, there are scratches and dirt on the unit, with noticeable damage including scratches on the top panel, a bulge on the left side when facing the front, and three small dents on the front panel. Subjectively, the sound tends to be a bit muffled for the first 30 minutes after powering on, but it clears up after that, producing a lively sound that makes you want to move.
