Im selling my (coveted) HHB CDR-850 CD Player/Recorder. This machine is phenomenal. This purple beauty is built like a tank (15 lbs!) with a metal enclosure and all the bells/whistles one could want for capturing audio or playing it back on a CD, CD-R or CD-RW. The rear input/output panel (see photos) is chock full of options! Ive even used it as an A to D converter to capture digital sound into my computer from an analog source. And the fidelity of this unit as a stand-alone player is extremely impressive. Its just a well laid out, elegant professional machine. You get the remote, an extremely well written manual written in three languages and a new power cord plus the rack mount sides + screws. To confirm its functionality, the HHB CDR-850 was connected to a CD player via an optical Toslink cable (not included) and recorded a few songs onto a blank CD-R. Its awesome to watch this machine not only capture the audio digitally but watch as it also increments the track ID number just as the source does! The photos with the active audio meters confirmed it plays back beautifully and a set of headphones (not included) plugged into the front audio jack confirmed how great it sounds. This unit was not used much so it wasnt surprising. As you can also see from the photos, this machine is extremely clean! It has resided in a smoke-free home and has been sitting in one location since its initial installation. Its a sin to let it sit idly when it could be in your hands and serving a real purpose. Cosmetic Grading Grade Description C6—Used Excellent - Perfect condition, with no cosmetic imperfections - No scratches, scuffs, or faded coating - No signs of use whatsoever - Like-new, open-box C5—Used Very Good - Nearly perfect condition - Signs of light use - Dust or fingerprints present - Light signs of wear from usage C4—Used Good - Used condition - Minor Scratches and Scuffs - May have 1 or 2 hairline cracks that are not easily noticeable - Small chips in body/housing is ok.
