I am the original owner of this Hegel H360 Integrated Amplifier (250 watts per channel, 8ohms). I purchased it new from an authorized Hegel dealer. It has occupied only two audio rack shelves since new, and was moved carefully in my vehicle, NOT SHIPPED, from one location to the other. All functions work perfectly and all aspects of performance are outstanding. This integrated amp has always been in a smoke-free, pet-free, child-free environment, and has always been in a two-channel audio system enjoyed by an adult. There is an outstanding and detailed review in the March 11, 2016 issue of Absolute Sound. The reviewer heaped accolade after accolade on sound quality, build quality and the built-in DAC, which he compared favorably to Hegel’s standalone $1,200 DAC. The built-in DAC plays all common digital formats. The remote is metal, and has a wonderful quality feel. If you are not familiar with this model, but are considering it, I would encourage you to read the Absolute Sound review. This model is compatible with popular streaming platforms like Tidal and with Apple Air Play.
