This Preamp is in very good physical shape. It powers on immediately. I tried to hook up a working tuner and a set of speakers. I couldnt get any sound. This is a lot more complicated amp than I have dealt with before. I may be doing something wrong in the hook up and controls. Since I cant bring in a station, I will have to sell this for parts or restoration.

Time for the Manuals!! - I have not gone through each of these to determine if they are 100% complete. Some have writing on them, some are in excellent condition without any marks. I took the pic of the front of each manual and in some cases there are some additional photocopies as well. This is a fully functional IG-18 sine/square wave generator. Has had minimal use and has properly been stored in a Lab in CA. Please message if you have any questions. The Heathkit Model IG-18 Sine-Square Audio Generator has been designed for laboratory use as well as for service and testing. Sine wave signals are available between 1 Hz and 100 kHz. Low distortion (less than .1%) sine wave signals are available from 10 Hz to 100 kHz. The output is stepped from .003 volt to 10 volts. These high quality sine wave signals make it ideal for such applications as testing audio amplifiers for gain and frequency response, as a signal source for harmonic distortion measurements, or as an external modulator for an RF signal generator. Square wave signals with a rise time of 50 nanoseconds are available from 5 Hz to 100 kHz at output levels up to 10 volts. These clean square wave signals can be used for checking frequency response in audio equipment, or as a trigger for testing digital instruments.

Both drivers mint condition with NOS radian diaphragms. Diaphragms have consecutive serial # 423060 & 423061. Sound great. These drivers made by Altec same size as 802D made for Heathkit legato I will include empty cardboard boxes for installed diaphragms and their original paperwork. Will ship safe.
