Up for auction is a pair of Harmonic Tech Pro-Silway II XLR cables. They are 16 feet long measured from the edge of each connector. Its 15 10 of cable to the start of each connector. These cables were pulled from a high end system and were tested as working 100%. I have borrowed this description from the Reference AudioVideo website. The conduction wire is a bi-metal hybrid, consisting of four filaments to optimize both bass and treble frequencies. Half of the filaments are designed for the midrange/treble signal and consist of two isolated strands of pure silver, cast to a purity level of 7N (99.99997%) and of course, is made with Single Crystal TM (OCC) technology. The remaining two filaments consist of Single Crystal copper and optimize the bass range, adding a fuller tone quality. The braided outer shield is pure silver plated on copper and was designed to isolate the delicate signal from RFI noise fields. A second defense noise barrier is provided in the form of an aluminum-coated Mylar shield situated closer to the conductors to ensure a very high signal-to-noise ratio. This Twin-Shield design will give you the ultimate in clarity and 3-D imaging with a velvety-black background silence due to elimination of electromagnetic interference, whether generated by RFI (radio frequency interference), digital noise, or A.C. generated hum. This set of 2 Harmonic Tech Pro-9 cables are used. They are extra long at about 16 feet. One of the connectors is slightly broken (see 7th picture) but it does not effect functionality. These cables were my uncle’s who is an audiophile but is selling his system due to a move. It may have some other blemishes from typical use. Please see pictures for details on condition. Harmonic Technology Makes some great stuff and as far as interconnects the Pro-Silway III has to be the sweet spot. I dont think they make it anymore even. I have had all the HT stuff, including the much more expensive Magic Link II (which I still own). The difference between the ProSilway III and the Magic Link II is subtle at best, almost not really even discernable. I mean you would have to back and forth several times to even tell a difference (and that just might be in my head lol)Anyways these are Harmonic Technology ProSilway MKIII in very good + condition. This was Harmonic Technologies second from top of the line They use a mixture of copper and silver for the conductors. The MKIII uses twice as much silver as the MKII. Compared to what is out there now these really do kick a$$. They are better than the Acoustic Zen Matrix Ref II.You could spend stupid money or just get these. For the price and everything you wont be disappointedI forgot to say to that the pictures dont do these justice. The jacket looks kinda plain with the flash. In person the jacket is sparkly, really quite nice. So not only do they sound great they look great too. I actually like the jacket on the Silway III better than the jacket on the Magic Link II

the Highs With airy, delicate definition and extremely smooth performance, these are extraordinary cables for use with twitchy tweeters and the like. Try these with ceramic, beryllium, electrostats, etc. for superb results. Their seamless connection of highs and mids is even mannered and right sounding. You get a marvelous sense of depth and ambience with great control. They are near state of the art in overall performance in this important range. The Mids I have no criticism. They are evenly mannered throughout, with no obvious colorations to note. Lots of power and control in the mids, youll hear oodles of definition comparable to many super expensive brands. Again, these are very, very musical unless your source is not. Mine are, and I wanted for nothing as I spent hours and hours auditioning the 9s. Overall balance is mid hall with lots of ambient air and a total lack of etch. The Bass Superb! In high or low power setups, you get powerful, deep, textured, articulate bass. They are wonderful for SET, and by contrast, solid-state systems. Almost the best you can get in this range at any price, I have rarely heard textures and definition from 20-250HZ as realistic and homogeneous. Nary a lump or bump, the Ref 9s are magical as bass wires. Dont take my word, try them for yourself. You will be shocked at their performance!
