Very nice Vintage Harman Kardon Control Amplifier A-401. Works perfectly. Powerful little unit for its size. Heavy at 13lbs. Released to market in 1977. This little amplifier offers 20w of power at less than 0.5% THD, (total harmonic distortion), and is a great example of elegant, understated styling from the late 70s. Its not the most powerful amp, but fits nicely in a room and has that classic hi-fi sound you just cant get with anything new.Specifications. Power output: 20 watts per channel into 8? (stereo). It was tested and sound comes out of the right channel only, on both speaker systems 1&2. Also there is a humming noise on both left and right channels on both speaker systems 1&2.
