Booklet is 12 pages in length old piece of browned clear tape and about 2.5 tear to the front page. A little tape stain to the edge of the second page. Included is a National Warranty Station folded sheet, with US locations for approved Harmon Kardon repair. Front Aluminum Face has some scraps on Top/center. Plug Chart shows: 4 ea 12AX7 (1 missing) & 1 ea 12AU7 Missing 1 Knob & Metal Center of another. Other Tubes: 4 ea 7408 & 1 ea 7409.
