youre looking at a vintage Harman Cardon CD401 Cassette Deck 3 Head W/Adjustable Bias, HX PRO, Dolby b and c. Its wonderful cassette deck also has Mic inputs left and right, a fader thats adjustable, a record mute button and since it is three heads it allows you to listen to the recording that you have just made and you can adjust the bias as you are recording to get the perfect sound out of any tape that youre using. This Harman kardon cd401 does take type 1 type 2 and type 4 cassettes so normal bias, high bias, and metal. The Deck turns on! I opened up the case doesnt look like theres any blown capacitors but it did eat my tape and the tape is stuck in the machine with the play unit initiated. The capstan runs and it seems like the belt on the inside is still good I was able to get the tape to fast forward and rewind before it got it eaten. Okay so if you can see the unit is for parts only because it is not working with the tape being stuck in there it is very well made super heavy duty Ive known this deck for many many years if you have any questions please message me
