One owner estate sale find back in the summer with other Hafler and high end stereo components. Good vintage condition. It does have rack wear to top. Fully tested and working with a caveat. The issue I have with it is, sometimes when I turn it on, only one of my speakers will have sound. I can fiddle with my speaker wires to get both speakers to work but have to have the speaker wires at just the right angle/position otherwise both of my speakers won’t produce sound. I troubleshot by swapping fuses from L to R, swapping wires, testing with another preamp, other speakers. It is an amazing amp but I just can’t bump the speaker wires or it they will crackle and glitch and I’ll lose sound. I’m not sure if it needs to be cleaned, or if the issue comes from my Hafler 110 pre-amp as I don’t have any further way to test. If you have any bright ideas, I’m happy to investigate. Very clean and working Hafler P230 power amplifier. Rated 2 x 115w @ 8 ohms. Basically the DH220 amp with a extra pair of output Mosfets per channel. Has phono plug inputs, easily changed to RCA if you like.Again tested and works fine.Sold as is as with all electronics.

Broken David Hafler DH220 2-Channel AmplifierThe left channel on this amp is not working at all. The exterior has various scuffs and marks. There are some sticky spots on top where rubber residue from the feet of a device set on top of it have become stuck. May have other issues we are not aware of. Sold as-is, no returns, no refunds.
