Recently serviced. All 16 output MOSFET transistors were replaced with new matched sets of Profusion Exicon MOSFETS. The amplifier also has a new power switch. The amplifier works well. Cosmetically there are a few chips in the paint and scratches on the cover. I describe the items I sell as accurately as I can within reason. From a non-smoking household comes this Hafler 9505 Trans-Nova 2 channel 250 wpc power amplifier in fair cosmetic condition. Scratches, scuffs, missing paint on some of the heat fins. It is being sold for parts or not working for the following reason: No sound from either channel. Green light in the power switch glows nice & bright but there is no sound from either channel.
