Tested GRADO ZF3 Cartridge w/ Original Stylus Sounds Excellent Nice This is a Grado ZF3 cartridge. It is used. The stylus is original and shows no wear. It is 0.4x0.7 mi bonded elliptical, examined with 20x and 100x magnification. It has been thoroughly inspected, tested, and listen tested. It has been evaluated with computer analysis. It tracks well and sounds very good. Nuts, bolts, and other mounting hardware are not included with this item. One possible buyer noticed that the plastic cover on the unit was crooked because it was not glued properly from the factory. I removed the plastic cover, cleaned underneath and re-glued it. This plastic covers only purpose is cosmetics and to hold the needle shield. the repaired cover has NOTHING to do with the function of the unit or the needle. I have attached pictures showing the removed cover both next to the cartridge. In that picture the needle was removed for safety. SO, after the repair was completed I placed the cartridge on my Dual 1257 turntable and tested it on several of my favorite albums. Each sounded clear, NO HUM, and the channels were separated and Excellent sound. One album was the Out Of Africa sound track with lots of instruments and it sounded excellent. For the money its a great value. I love the clarity, punch and detail. It works especially well on acoustic music but holds its own on metal, rock and electronica. Very little use since I purchased it for $110.00 in 2005. This is a top notch ceramic cartridge. GRADO Prestige Phono Cartridge Black Series 1- excellent condition rarely used. It has been sitting in a box for quite a few years but works well. Made in Brooklyn, NY. The sound quality of Grado cartridges is very good but they can have a very low volume hum with some turntables.

I replaced the original pads for this sale as the originals were getting old. The headset is thus in perfect esthetic condition. I bought it in 2018 but didnt use it much so it looks and feels close to brand new. Comes in its original packaging and with the 1/4in to 1/8in adapter.

Grado SR325x Headphones with upgraded large pads that increase the size of the soundstage significantly over stock and also improve the bass quality a noticeable amount. They are in absolutely excellent condition!! They come with a few upgrades/mods to make them significantly sturdier and much more comfortable. They have been replaced with a stainless steel/aluminum gimbal system ($125) that is much stronger than the stock headphone adjustments which feature plastic and WOULD eventually break thru even the most delicate of normal use. They also have an upgraded 100% genuine leather super padded and plush headband ($75). It looks much better and is far more comfortable and supportive. I’ll include the stock thin leather headband in case you desire to change it back for whatever reason. The cans probably have about 20 hours of use on them. I will also include a generic hardshell carry case along with the original packaging and documentation. It will ship with both with the headphones shipped inside the carrying case.
