Cartridge was mounted on SME headshell a few years ago by TC Tubes in St. Paul. I don’t know a lot about cartridges but he examined the stylus and said there was plenty of life left in it. Both the headshell and cartridge came from a Japanese audiophile collector. I never used the cartridge once since I’ve had it. I ended up using a Ortofon bronze on my thorens and this has been sitting in a drawer since. I’m trying to shed some of the stuff I have sitting around not getting use. Comes with what you see in pictures.

This is a vintage Grado Labs cartridge and it doesnt show any other model number on it as shown and the internet shows that it is a moving coil cartridge. It came from a non-working Garrard Type A model turntable and I havent tested the cartridge at all and cannot say whether it is working or not and Im just including the cartridge with the headshell and it is sold as is for parts or repair. The turntable did power on but the motor wasnt turning the platter, and I tested the cartridge just by touching the worn down needle/stylus area and it did respond with noise when listening with headphones and the turntable connected to a receiver. The Garrard headshell is in nice and clean condition I show a number of photos showing every angle of the cartridge. It will be packed well and shipped right out.

Grado Turntable Cartridge Lot With New Genuine Styluss & Technics Headshells. 1. is a Grado XT+ with new Grado green stylus.2. is a Grado F3+. Both Sound amazing. I play tested after replacing the styluss on both to make sure they were good and were both fine. I have also am listing a Empire 2000e Cartridge only, no stylus, but has original egg and box it came in. 2 cartridges are mounted on original technics headshells and one is on a Bum brand. This is a vintage Pioneer Headshell equipped with a Grado G+ phono cartridge. THe Headshell is in good shape but the lift arm is broken. The cartridge is in good condition as well but does not have a needle installed.

Here is my input. First off, sorry about the photos. Something with the frequency of the bulb and the macro camera. This thing came off of a Marantz 6170. The cartridge stylus is old but used maybe once. Ive kept this thing sealed in a glass jar until I could find the time to resell. I replaced the cartridge myself, and tested the screws recently. The screws are neither corroded nor seized. There are, as the pictures depict, some scratches in the surface of the headshell, possibly due to over tightening from a previous owner. I am not exactly sure what this part does, but it appears to be a turntable audio part. A turntable headshell. Made by Stanton Grado. It looks to be in good condition. It measures 2.5 long.
