This Grado F3+ phono pick-up was the 3rd top model during that special golden era, when LPs, cartridges & turntables reigned supreme. This cartridge reproduces music with excellence, portraying a 3-dimensional sound stage, alluring detail and clarity. This has been in my personal collection for 41 years, but has been stored in my audio chest since 1983. I recall using it for less than a year; usage was minimal. It gave me quality sounds back then and though I haven’t used it since, I can’t think of any reason why its performance would not be as good, today. I am selling this as an “As Is” item. Grado F-3E+ Phono CartridgeIt needs a new Stylus.Supplied in cardboard box but not the storage case.

Up for sale is a one-owner Denon DP-23F Fully Automatic Direct Drive Turntable with Grado MF-3 phono cartridge that is plug and play. The unit has been cleaned of dust and grime and the following service adjustments were made:The horizontal op amp voltage was set to spec according to the service manual.The lifter op amp offset voltage was set to spec according to the service manual.The stylus force has been set to spec according to the service manual.The tonearm was balanced according to the instructions listed in the owners manual. The stylus force knob (on top of the unit) has been set according to the Grado MF-3 cartridge spec of 1.5 grams.After the unit was serviced, it was tested for hours playing a number of different LPs. Everything is working as it should. The physical condition of the unit is excellent. However, the dust cover does have scratches and abrasions which can be buffed out if you so desire. Please refer to the video and photos for all the details. The sale comes with a facsimile of the original owners manual as well as the spec sheet for the Grado MF-3 phono cartridge.
