For those of you who know what this is, this amp needs no introduction. I have decided to part ways with my beloved iFi Pro iCAN Signature edition. This top-of-the-line headphone amplifier is less than 1 year old (first owner) and is in “like new” condition with no visible blemishes. I adore this amplifier, and I hope to find a new owner who appreciates it as much as I have. If you are seeking an endgame amplifier, the iCAN Signature is the Swiss Army knife of its class. This amp is extremely powerful and highly customizable— it will effortlessly drive any dynamic or planar magnetic headphones with an imperceptible noise floor. It is everything an audiophile needs to power endgame low-sensitivity headphones such as the Hifiman Susvara, Abyss 1266 TC, Focal Utopia, ZMF Caldera, etc. By default, the amp’s solid state mode offers an incredibly detailed, clean and neutral sound. The tube and tube+ modes add a degree of warmth and a holographic presentation to the soundstage. When tube mode is selected, the tubes give off a pleasant orange glow inside the amp. The analog bass boost feature is perfectly implemented, allowing you to greatly increase the low end punch without saturating the midrange. This feature, called XBass, has 3 different intensity settings. I frequently use this feature when hopping between genres. The 3D Stereo Width knob allows you to fine tune the soundstage width of your mix. This feature is especially great for songs that don’t have a particularly wide stereo mix, but I frequently use it with well-mixed songs and live recordings as well. I love using the 3D knob with my HD800. These headphones already have an incredibly wide soundstage, and the 3D knob makes it feel like there’s a private studio session happening inside my head.

HARMAN/KARDON signature 2.1 5 channel amp upgraded The GOOD about this amp. I have spent a lot of money on this amp upgrading the internal parts. All the caps have been replaced and up sized/ the main rail caps have been upgraded from 12,000 uf to 18,000 uf. The main power wire was removed and upgraded with a 12awg plug with a ground.
