Goldring 2500 Cartridge replaced the 1042 series, been fitted and comes with brand new sealed in box 2500 stylus replacement. I fitted the cartridge to my technics 1200G but caught the cantilever after 1 month of use. Gutted!! Was about to change to my Linn Lp12 with Alphason mc100 refurbished arm and realised compliance issues, (I have an ortofon Cadenza red) so never fitted it! Result as described. Never opened the new stylus. There are no mounting bolts,or tail leads, just the cartridge with broken stylus fitted and a new replacement stylus in its own box. Bargain for someone.! Trio KT8005 Tuner - powers up ok and is illuminated, cant test as no aerial Trio KA2500 Amplifier - Powers up ok and works with turntable Goldring GL75 Turntable - Tested on 45 & 33 RPM works ok, have not tested further Sony TC377 Reel to Reel Tape - Powers up ok and runs forwards and Reverse (reverse sluggish and needs help), untested otherwise as unable to wire up to amp. KEF Concord Speakers - Work ok with turntable Some marks on cabinet and speaker tops as shown in photos. Some wiring on the back of the unit is disconnected, not sure what it is for, there is a light in lid but not working. Bag of cables and odds & ends included. Instruction booklets included for TC-377, Trio KA-2500, Trio KT-8005, Goldring GL75 & KEF Speakers. Minimal testing carried out as mentioned above - Sold as seen.
