Description This is a very rare item in good working condition. It is rare for an auto changer to come with a strobe. Its from the 60s, same as Garrard Type A. The rotation is very stable and the needle tracing is also good. The cabinet is original, but appears to have been repainted; there are cracks in the dust cover. I dont think it will come to market as easily as Garrard Type A and RC. If you are looking for one, please take this opportunity. In this GARRARD ZERO100, the shell at the tip changes the angle as the arm advances to correct the tracking angle. Therefore, it has a mechanism that allows it to constantly trace at right angles to the grooves of the record. Because of this, the tracing on the inner circumference is easier than with a normal arm, so it is possible to trace very smoothly and prevent distortion of the sound. The sound tendency is similar to the GARRARD 401, but the range is a little narrower, so it is perfect for listening to old monaural records. However, the sound is so loud that its hard to believe that it comes from a delicate aluminum turntable and a flimsy steel chassis.
