There is little creases on the pads, this is due to the nature they are packaged up, as they come squished into a zip-lock bag and folded to fit into the small box. They just need liberated, and left to properly expand to their correct size, which will come with fitting and use. it is recommended to give new pads a quick soak in warm water with a touch of conditioner, to soften and get rid of the new scratchy feeling with new pads.
