System seems to work but with some flaws so sold AS IS FOR PARTS. Display is dim in the center - see pics. Volume knob turns, but with some resistance. CD eject button does not always open, sometimes you need to press a few times. Some cosmetic scratches all over. Speakers & remote not included.

I’m very good condition besides the screen being a little dark and the cd opener motor doesn’t catch sometimes so you have to give it a nudge. Untested with speakers but discs do spin in it and everything seems to work right

Vintage JVC FS-5000 Ultra Compact Component System CD/Radio With Remote Tested and working with a few quirks. See video below for testing.The cd player works but when opening you have to help the motor out by lifting the lid with a bit of pressure on. Closing, press lightly and the lid will start to close on its own.Cosmetically in very nice shape with a few scratches here and there; the majority of the scratches are under the speakers where it sits on the counter.Remote does work but the volume buttons doesnt work; the unit receives the signal but the volume knob wont turn. Manually the volume dial turns just fine.Please zoom in on pictures for the most accurate condition of the item. Tested and working, however it does have a few issues. The open/close needs a little help to open all the way. The screen works but kind of looks like it has an overlay with the clock, not sure what’s wrong. I couldn’t get the button on top to start the CD but it works perfectly fine with the remote. CD player, radio, and remote are all working.
