This listing is for a hard-to-find PAIR of Focal T90K inverted dome tweeters (dome made with Kevlar*) that are in great working condition. [Side: eBay requires made with Kevlar because its a DuPont tradename.] These tweeters were gently used in a two-way system (woofers being listed separately), and have been in air-conditioned storage for a couple of years. Although these tweeters were purchased (when new) as a matched pair, the foam surround on one tweeter shows light signs of aging (foam kits are available, but I have never replaced the surround on a speaker driver). Both tweeters are in great working condition: I put them on an IEC baffle to quickly check for rubb and buzz (no, I do not have a Klippel setup). I have the passive two-way crossovers to match (which also include heavy duty binding posts), and will include these for free if a buyer purchases the tweeters AND woofers. Very slightly used condition, good shape - no significant damage like gouges / scratches / chips / etc. Likely has very light or hard to see minor marring that is always present with gloss black painted speakers that have been used. Up for sale here is a PAIR of Focal TC90 TDX Tweeters, Brand New! These came in the factory foam boxes pictured and have never been installed. They look amazing! There is no indication of what model they are on the back but they were purchased from a very trusted seller and the look of these check out with the model I was told that they are. They have heavy high quality magnets and I am not sure exactly what line they were from, therefore the Utopia/Audiom label in the auction title. I believe these were used in some high end speakers like Wilson Audio, but I am not sure which ones. If you have any further questions please ask. I paid over twice what I am listing these for as a starting bid so my loss is you gain. I only have this one set so when they are gone they are gone! I decided to give up on making a custom speaker set in order to buy my friends speaker off of him, so now I am selling the components separately because I no longer need them. The last picture is of what I was planning on making my speaker out of. These are some of the highest quality speakers available at any price point, so good that Wilson Audio uses these in their $50,000+ speaker lines! They were going to go into some spare KRK 7000 boxes I have and they fit exactly I believe. I have sold the mid-woofers already, but I have the tweeters, subwoofer and crossovers on sale right now for an absolute steal because I am looking to raise some money right now.
