Sub 1: About 2.5  years of rare use in an HT system - I usually just ran it with no sub with speakers full range with subs idling. I do not see much of cosmetic damage except some on the bottom due to seating adjustments on a platform. See the  photos before the photo with specs. Very clean and deep audiophile bass, in particular due to closed design. See the specs on the photos. Sub 2: about 3 months old and it has some minor cosmetic damage- the photos after the photo with specs. Also, plastic cover peeled off / became loose on one side, which I think can be easily fixed, not really noticable. Both in the original shipping boxes.
