This listing is for a SINGLE (versus stereo pair), two-way FOCAL loudspeaker system kit. Included with this kit is a FOCAL 6V013 6.5-in woofer-midrange; a FOCAL T90K (K for Kevlar) inverted dome tweeter; and 2-way passive crossover designed for these particular FOCAL drivers. The crossover and binding post assembly was a replacement unit for a KRK 6000 studio monitor (noting the KRK 6000 uses the exact drivers listed here). The speakers and crossover would make for a great DIY project, or they can be used to repair a KRK 6000 (theyre exact replacements for the KRK 6000/S, where S is shielded version). I only have this one set (again, NOT a pair) and had planned to use them as a third, or center-channel speaker. If you want to build a pair of speakers, please consider the FOCAL woofers (also shielded) and the Mark & Daniel AMT tweeters I am concurrently listing. Focal Chorus 714s Speaker Crossover/Binding Posts

Up for sale here is a pair of KRK 7000 crossovers in excellent condition! These are huge and made with world class components! Because these were inside of a speaker box their whole life the still look shiny and new. Also these crossover components are basically indestructible so they still function as the day they were new. The traces are the largest I have ever seen and they are obviously made from the highest quality components. They both still look amazing! I believe these crossover at 3K and were designed for the Focal speakers I am currently selling. The KRK 7000 speakers came with focal mids and tweeters, so these crossovers are perfect for anyone wanting a high quality crossover pair for their focal speakers. They are actually beefier and higher quality than the crossovers found in almost all Focal floor standing and bookshelf speakers. The only issue is one of the sets of wires coming off the crossover is frayed, so you would probably want to splice the wires at that point or just install new, possibly longer wires to the crossovers yourself. That would be a super easy job and allow the wire to reach wherever you need them to in your cabinet. If you have any further questions please ask. These are worth at least twice what I have them listed for. I only have this one pair so when it is gone it is gone! I decided to give up on making a custom speaker set in order to buy my friends speaker off of him, so now I am selling the components separately because I no longer need them. The last picture is of what I was planning on making my speakers out of. These are some of the highest quality speakers available at any price point, so good that Wilson Audio uses these in their $50,000+ speaker lines! They were going to go into some spare KRK 7000 boxes I have and they fit exactly I believe. I have sold the mid-woofers already, but I have the tweeters, subwoofer and crossovers on sale right now for an absolute steal because I am looking to raise some money right now. However, it would be naive to think that this ideal could be reached simply through an extensive development of crossover technology. It is necessary to have total control over the response and performance of the transducers themselves, as is only possible for a few manufacturers who develop their own drive units as Focal-JMlab: a specific drive unit is developed for each individual type of product. Its unrealistic to think that a mechanical deffect can be corrected electricaly. With the OPC technology, we use an acoustic roll-off of 36dB/Octave for the slopes between midrange and tweeter along with a perfectly aligned phase.
