Ein Tuner aus der Frühezeit des UKW - hier mit einem AM-Teil, mit dem man damals, Anfang der 60iger Jahre, in den USA sensationell Stereo empfangen konnte: Ein Kanal kam als FM UkW-Signal, das andere als MW-Signal.Man sieht, wie stark der Wunsch nach Stereo war, das sich als reines UKW-Signal eben nicht transportieren ließ.Ob damals der Empfang via UKW (ein Kanal) und der andere Kanal via Mittelwelle dann auch phasengleich ankam, darf bezweifelt werden, von der Qualität des Mittelwellen-Signals mal ganz abgesehen.Das Modell Stereo-Empfang über UKW und MW hat sich ja bekanntlich nicht durchgesesetzt.Der Tuner liefert via UKW ein warmes Mono-Signal.Wenn man einen (Röhren-) MPX-Decoder an den Ausgang setzt, dann kommt das FM-Signal in Stereo.Das ist etwas für Fisher Nerds, oder Sammler, mit dem Fisher-tpyischen Röhrenklang.Für Mono ja ganz o.k., aber für Stereo braucht man einen Decoder.Ich habe eine Scott Röhren-Decoder 335 drangehängt, mit das Fenste, das man bekommen kann.Defekt: Der Zeiger für die Stations-Anzeige ist verrutscht, hier muß das Band neu justiert werden.Der Zeiger geht nur etwa bis zur Mitte, und nach rechts ist dann bei den Sendern vorzeitig Schluß.Ist ein 110-Volt-Gerät. This one was removed from an X-202-B, but it fits other models. Please make sure its a good match for you. Im selling them cheap, I have another one from a 100-B tuner. They did not have grilles when I picked them up with the equipment. They also have separation which looks like it happened due the glue drying up. No signs of water damage present.
