I personally do not know how to operate them, so I have not tested. However, if you have any issues with them, Ill accept a return, no problems. I know the power cord is here, as well as box and some of its inner padding, and both of the units listed in the title, the K5 Pro and the Alpen E17 are both included and are the FiiO brand.
