This auction is for a non working Fane Ionofane horn tweeter with original power supply and crossover unit.These units were removed from a Bowers and Wilkins loudspeaker model P2 many years ago. The Ionofane horn tweeter is serial number 1468 and is in good original condition for its age ( manufactured mid 1960s.PLEASE NOTE:- the Quartz cell electrode pin is missing from this unit. This auction is for a very rare vintage Fane Ionofane 601 Ionic horn tweeter serial number 1240, in fully working condition. The power supply has been recently serviced, replacement of all faulty electrolytic capacitors and resistors has been carried out.Physically all units are in good condition for their age considering they were manufactured in the 1960s.Originally this tweeter was installed in a Bowers and Wilkins P 2 loudspeaker cabinet, its crossover is included this auction.
