Artikelbeschreibung Angeboten wird ein Kugelsubwoofer, dessen Gehäusewand aus Glasfaserbeton besteht, etwa 2,5 cm dick, und mit 3 Chassis, 12-Zöller, von Reckhorn (H-100W) bestückt ist. Dazu gehört ein Ständer. Alles Selbstbau, das Gehäuse gleicht einer Festung. Kugelaußendurchmesser = 69 cm, Höhe über alles = 115 cm, Kugelnettovolumen = 124 Liter, f3 gemäß AJHorn = 32 Hertz, Gesamtgewicht annähernd 70 kg, daher wurde für den Transport der Kugel ein Tragegestell vorgesehen. Ein Kugelgehäuse ist die am wenigsten schwingungsanfällige Gehäuseform, hinzukommt, dass die drei Treiber am Umfang der Kugel die gleichen Abstände zueinander haben und somit impulskompensierend angeordnet sind. Das Lautsprecherkabel wird von unten in dem unteren Holzring des Ständers eingeführt, verläuft durch eines der 4 Rohre und tritt unterhalb der Kugel ins Freie. Das Anschlussterminal befindet an der Unterseite der Kugel. Die Herstellung war immens aufwändig, es mussten mehrere Vorrichtungen erstellt werden, damit dieses Objekt realisiert werden konnte. Hier nur ein Beispiel: Zu den Verbindungen zwischen den 3 Holzringen, welche die Lautsprecher aufnehmen: Damit das Holz beim Einbau und dem damit verbundenen Kontakt mit dem nassen Beton nicht quillt, war ein mehrfacher Anstrich mit Bootslack erforderlich. Andere Lacke waren ungeeignet. Sicherheitshalber erhielt der Holzring eine besondere Formgebung, damit dieser nach der Trocknung nicht aus dem Beton fallen kann, was allerdings prinzipiell nicht möglich ist, da Beton nach der Trocknung etwas schrumpft. Der Übergang Holz-Beton wurde von der Innenseite zusätzlich abgedichtet. Dass die drei Holzringe Maß genau nur mit entsprechenden Fixiereinrichtungen einzubauen waren, versteht sich von selbst. Weitere Beschreibungen bezüglich der Herstellung hier niederzuschreiben, würde zu weit führen. Die Verarbeitung des Subwoofers und dem Ständer bewegt sich auf hohem Niveau. Passend zu diesem Subwoofer werden in einem anderen Angebot 2 kugelförmige Satellitenlautsprecher mit Ständer angeboten. Diese Teile wurden nach demselben Prinzip hergestellt. Ich verkaufe ein Subwoofer Modul für den Selbstbau eines Subs. Gekauft habe ich es mal bei Strassacker im Lautsprechershop.Es ist schon ein paar Jahre alt und leider beim Anstrich des Subs ein bisschen an den Rändern überpinselt worden, schaut Euch die Fotos an. Es funktioniert natürlich. Betriebsstunden sind höchsens 100 aufgelaufen, da ich schön länger nur noch Stereo höre und der Sub für eine Surround Anlage gebaut wurde. Ich glaube die genaue Bezeichnung war damals RCM Detonation 80 oder 100. Hat auf jeden Fall gereicht ein Mivoc AW 3000 12 Chassis ordentlich anzutreiben, welches ich übrigens in einer separaten Auktion veräußere. Der Kaufgegenstand wird unter Ausschluss jeglicher Gewährleistung verkauft.
