This Soundcraftsmen RP2215R equalizer is a top-of-the-line audio device that will enhance your listening experience. It has two channels and two inputs, as well as two outputs, and is compatible with various audio setups. Despite missing one knob and button, this equalizer still works when properly connected. Missing the cover for the power button. Missing two covers for adjusting levels, but seemed to work well hooked up to my system in line. These are solid units. Happy bidding

SOUNDCRAFTSMEN CX 4100 Stereo preamplifier / equalizer Soundcraftsmen was the first company to introduce quality equalizers to the consumer market The CX 4100 utilizes a 10 band equalizer on each channel instead of separate Bass and Treble controls.Adding a Unity gain pair of center slide controls gives the user the option to eliminate unwanted gain when adjusting the tone frequencies. The CX 4100 has more than enough input options as well as external loop and 2 turntables.The Preamplifier also has a CX LP recorded equalizer as well. This preamplifier was removed from one of my working systems recently to make way for other equipment. A refresh service was performed that includes:~cleaning of all 20 EQ band sliders as well as the unity gain slides. Treatment with Deoxit fader lube and fader grease~ all rotary controls and push switches treated with Deoxit products All functions work. Also all of the slide control knobs are present, most found for sale are missing these. Selling in very good condition a Soundcraftsmen Third-Octave Stereo Equalizer TG3044-R Rack Mount or also has the wood case your choice on how you want to use it. Includes original operational instruction manual, can be mounted in a rack also or as is on your table has the original metal and wood trim case which can be removed for rack mountingThis Soundcraftsmen Third-Octave Stereo Equalizer is built like a tank, and works great. Its not a true 1/3 octave eq (it would need 31 bands per side for that), but skips every other third-octave above 1k. Still, theres plenty of control. All the sliders work, though some travel smoother than others. The outputs are 1/4 jacks, balanced or unbalanced. There are also unbalanced tape in and out jacks, so it seems the folks at Soundcraftsmen wanted to make this compatible with both pro audio and home stereo users. Each channel has its own tape in/out, roll-off, and eq in/out switches. This unit has some road rash, so I suspect it was used in a sound reinforcement environment rather than at home. Its a chunky 3U box with rack ears that are part of the front panel. Soundcraftsmen was well known for their high quality audio equipment way back when. This item was in a smoking home over twelve years ago but still has an odor. The unit powers on. I have no way of testing it beyond that. Therefore, I am selling it for parts, not working.

Very nice piece. Has been thoroughly cleaned inside and out. All switches and potentiometers have been cleaned and deoxed. Slides have been cleaned and treated with fader lube. All functions perform properly. The face is in awesome condition. The wood case is also in good condition. I tested this unit in my personal system. It performs just as it should. I package extremely well and ship FedEx.
