Grazie ! - Nel caso di spedizioni il venditore non risponde di eventuali danneggiamenti dovuti al trasporto o ritardi imputabili al vettore, la responsabilità del venditore termina all’atto della consegna della merce nelle mani dell’operatore che effettua il trasporto . - Le modalità di trasporto offerte sono da considerarsi come “proposte e/o suggerimenti”. - Spetta all’acquirente di decidere le modalità e il mezzo di trasporto preferite, non essendo obbligato ad accettare quella proposta nell’asta. - Nel caso in cui l’acquirente non comunichi nessuna variazione o preferenza a quanto suggerito saranno da considerarsi automaticamente accettate e confermate le modalità di trasporto ed i relativi costi Indicati nell’offerta. - Gli oggetti in vendita,dato che si tratta di compravendita fra privati, se non specificato nella descrizione, non godono di nessun tipo di garanzia (eccetto, ovviamente quella da far valere nei confronti del produttore/rivenditore se gli oggetti sono coperti da garanzia con i relativi certificati e prove di acquisto se fornite). - Vendita fra privati con la formula as is cioè visti e piaciuti e quindi non sono nè restituibili nè rimborsabili quindi se non siete d’accordo non fate offerte. - Nuovi utenti e/o con feedback zero sono pregati di contattarmi prima di fare offerte, pena lannullamento dellofferta. - Il venditore non risponde di furti e/o smarrimenti se la spedizione non è assicurata - Eventuale rimborso sarà versato non appena poste italiane o il corriere incaricato pagherà il rimborso. Se la spedizione preferita o suggerita é Posta Prioritaria non potrà esserci nessuna forma di rimborso per qualsiasi tipo di problema sopraggiunto, che sia furto, smarrimento o danno agli oggetti. Posta prioritaria non é una spedizione tracciabile e nemmeno é possibile aggiungere una polizza assicurativa su di essa. Non saranno ammessi reclami o feedback negativi.
