I think this system was $700 when purchased new. Youll see in the photo the top of the subwoofer has a cosmetic imperfection on it when someone spilt nail polish remover on it. We had a plant or a mirror on it to cover it. Does not affect sound at all.

This speaker set was part of a home theater audio system that has served me well for many years. All speakers are still function perfectly and look good except for some scratches on the top of the subwoofer and on some of the speakers. Still, the polished black finish still looks great and I would only notice the scratches under direct light.
