Der Plattenspieler ist mit einem Hochvolt-Netzteil ausgestattet, was die Benutzung eines Röhrenvorverstärkers (z. B. EMT 139 st, a) ermöglicht. Wegen der lebensgefährlichen Betriebsspannungen und der offen Bauweise des Gerätes, wird dieses ohne Netzkabel, also nicht betriebsbereit, angeboten. Die Inbetriebnahme und das damit verbundene Risiko muss vom neuen, hoffentlich sachkundigen Besitzer vorgenommen werden.
