Comes as pictured, pulled form a working turntable. Sounds nice!

Empire 4000 D111/GOLD Cartridge and Stylus. This unit was part of my own personal collection. I acquired this unit years ago thinking one day I would build the ultimate vintage sound system. Unfortunately, that day has come and gone, so up for auction it goes. I dont even remember which turntable I removed this cartridge from, maybe a VPI or Linn? At the time this was about the best cartridge money could buy. The cartridge/Stylus was working perfectly when removed or I wouldnt have kept it for myself. With that stated, I dont know how much meat is left on the needle. I can see with a loupe that its still present, so there probably is some life left on it. How much? I dont know. I cant guarantee the needle, its used. Cartridge is in excellent condition with stylus guard still on the needle. Please view the auction photos. What you see is Exactly what you get.
