Empire 2000 E/III Cartridge w/ New Pfanstiehl .3 x .7 Mil Elliptical Stylus This listing is for one used Empire 2000 E/III cartridge. The cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter & the results are posted in two of the photos. The readings are close & have a difference of less than 2.6%. The included stylus is a new Pfanstiehl replacement for the Empire S2000E, S2000E/I, S2000E/II, & S2000E/III. The stylus has a .3 x .7 mil elliptical tip & the tracking force is 1 ~ 1½ grams. Also included are two sets of mounting hardware. Since the cartridge was “checked” with an Ohmmeter, the stylus is new, & both have been visually checked, there are NO returns or refunds. This item will require an adults’ signature for delivery. The shown mailing cost includes full insurance & a delivery signature. All of the cartridge/stylus combinations I sell are sold AS IS - in working condition. I do not offer ANY type of refund, exchange, or return on these cartridge/stylus combinations. If you have an issue with sibilance, it probably means that the cartridge/stylus is not a good match for your tonearm. Not that there is anything defective with this cartridge or stylus. Note: The cantilever (the thin silver tube which the stylus tip is mounted to) is the fragile part of the stylus assembly. The stylus needs to be handled carefully. If the buyer breaks or bends the cantilever when un-packaging, inserting the stylus assembly into the cartridge, or handling the cartridge once the stylus is mounted, I will not be held responsible. This includes while mounting the cartridge to your headshell. It is best to mount your cartridge somewhat loosely first. Then install the stylus. Once the stylus is mounted into the cartridge, adjust the cartridge for the correct overhang for your particular turntable. If you are unfamiliar or inexperienced with installing, mounting, & adjusting cartridges/styli, please have an experienced professional do the installation for you. This Vintage Empire 2000 E/III Phono Cartridge is a great addition to your turntable setup. There are many aftermarket stylus (needle) still available for this cartridge.. Good condition. The 1st digit is rubbed off. It could be a 1000 or a 2000. I will check using the resistance and post my findings. No stylus. Coils tested. L = 1049 ohms R = 1056 ohms Usps 1st class shipping. This cartridge requires a clip to hold it onto the headshell that is not included. Please ask any questions prior to purchasing. Ein neuer Empire 2000X MI Tonabnehmer mit originaler nackter elliptischer Nadel. Die Sonderreihe 2000X, T und Z schloss an die klassische 2000er Reihe von Empire an. Das kleine 2000X lag hierbei technisch sogar ber dem bis dato verfgbarem Stereo Top-Modell 2000 E/III. Verstecken brauch sich der Tonabnehmer also absolut nicht. Typisch Empire sehr voll, warm, musikalisch und sehr detailliert. Zudem neu so gut wie nirgends zu bekommen !! Inkl. OVP sowie originalem Zubehr. Der Tonabnehmer zum berprfen der einwandfreien Funktion sowie fr das Foto eine Plattenseite gesehen. PS: nackter Diamant war bei Empire immer ein Diasa-Tip, also Sapphire Schaft mit geklebtem Diamanten. Selbst beim 2000Z gab es keinen wirklich nackten Diamanten.
