Control up to three trigger enabled devices from a single trigger output. Control up to three trigger enabled devices based on the status of an AC outlet. (A trigger signal is sent when the outlet is turned On.) DIMENSIONS: 2-5/8 wide x 1 high x 4 deep (unboxed) The ET-3 is a handy little device that improves the flexibility of the basic trigger functionality on your preamp or processor. The ET-3 has one trigger input and three high current trigger outputs. If your source unit has a trigger output, simply use the provided trigger cable to connect its trigger output to the trigger input on the ET-3, then connect the trigger outputs on the ET-3 to up to three trigger-enabled devices. When your source device switches its trigger output status to On, the three trigger outputs on the ET-3 will follow that signal, and each of the trigger outputs on the ET-3 will send the On signal to the device connected to it. (So, for example, you can use the ET-3 to enable the single trigger output on your preamp to turn on three trigger enabled amplifiers at the same time.) The ET-3 can also be configured to send trigger signals to up to three connected devices as soon as it is powered on. You can then plug the power supply for the ET-3 into any powered outlet on a remote controlled power strip or piece of stereo equipment. As soon as the ET-3 receives power, it will send trigger signals to turn on the trigger-enabled equipment connected to its outputs.
