I purchased two cords from an Elrod dealer. These were traded in for upgrading to diamonds. This cable is less than one-year-old and is the current model and design.These cables are amazing! I found that the first cable made my system sound like a new component was added, and the second cable pushed my system too far. Unfortunately the second cable showed too many of the weaknesses in my current components, so I am selling the one and keeping the second one.This is an amazingly musical and detailed cord. the perfect combination in my estimation.
