I am selling this Enlightened Audio Designs DAC. The model is the DSP-1000 Series iii. It powers up and plays crisp music! Cosmetically it is in great shape. No scratches, marks or spots. It comes with the original box, as well as the Owner’s Manual AND an article from the Ultra High Fidelity Magazine!

EAD Dsp 1000 DAC. Rarely seen on the market is this entry into the digital world from the enlightened audio designers over at EAD. I never heard series 2 but was able to do a comparison to a series 3 and within 5 minutes I was packing up the series 3 to return it. What was immediately apparent at first listen was the drop in gain by about 3-4 DB but most startling was in my opinion the anemic sounding low end and lack of warmth from the series 3. Lovingly cared for and in excellent condition. I’m parring down my equipment and slowly switching to all digital.
