### The Audio Board: www.theAudioBoard.com - The Search Tool for Used High-End Audio Equipment### For sale is a vintage, one of the best sounding Dynaco SCA-35 Tube Amplifier, Factory Assembled The transformers are the same as those on Dynaco ST-35; considered one of the best sounding EL84-based amplifiers. This SCA-35 has been modified by the original owner to by-pass the phono and line stage. The input is fed by two RCA cables and is routed to the power amplifier unit. It works as a stereo power amplifier. It can be restored to original SCA-35 by some professional but I have no idea how. No tubes are included. I borrowed needed tubes for testing. The amp worked and produced good music but there was some hum. Apparently, this amp will need service first, before daily use. Physical condition is as shown. Front plate is fine but all knobs have been removed. The top cover has some rust. Bottom plate is present. Ill pack well and ship worldwide. This amp was rebuilt some time back. I checked it out, replaced a power supply capacitor, cleaned the sockets and auditioned it. The amp is guaranteed. The output tubes are Bugle Boy EL84 and the input tubes are Mullard.

Vintage Dynaco SCA-35 tube amplifier. Sold as-is, untested. Powers up--tubes light up. Has not been tested other than plugging it in and turning it on. Please dont buy it unless youre prepared to do any work that might be necessary. Appears in solid shape. Nothing looses inside. See pics.
