Dynaco PAS-4 Stereo Tube PreAmplifier W/ Manual Unit was working for short time then later tried to turn on and nothing no power. Cosmetic condition very good and very clean inside. Selling AS-IS for Parts or Repair. On Jun-12-23 at 17:14:12 PDT, seller added the following information: Found fuse and it was blowm.On Jun-15-23 at 07:32:40 PDT, seller added the following information: Preamp fuse blew after about a half hour into testing, power was ok  then fuse blew most likely because i did not re energize tubes slowly with a variac.  The preamp was on shelf in storage for many years.
