Verkaufe einer meiner Prototypen für eine Headshell für den Thorens BTD12S Tonarm. Es handelt sich um einen Eigenentwurf von mir, den ich in kohlefaserverstärktem PLA gedruckt habe (PLA-CF), mit 100% Infill. Das Material ist leicht, stabil und hat eine gute innere Dämpfung. Durch die stützenden Seitenwände ist sie sehr steif. Ohne Konnektor wiegt sie knapp 7g. Kann zum Beispiel mit einem edlen Furnier oben belegt werden, um OPtik und Gewicht anzupassen. PLA lässt sich gut mit Sekundenkleber verkleben. Die Headshell ist für SME Konnektor oder anderen Konnektor mit 8mm Einbaudurchmesser vorgesehen. Am besten mit Epoxid-Kleber einkleben. Der Thorens Konnektor von audiosilente passt mit Presspassung rein und benötigt fast keinen Klebstoff. Die Shell ist so konstruiert, dass das Denon DL 103 ganz genau reinpasst und erleichtert dazu die Montage mit den Schrauben, die beim Originalgehäuse kaum Platz haben, weil es nur 15mm breit ist. Das ist dann aufgebaut wie ein Ortofon SUP, wobei der Nadelabstand immer noch korrigiert werden kann.

Wer eine günstige und resonanzarme Headshell (13g) sucht, wird hier fündig. Es handelt sich um einen Eigenentwurf von mir, den ich in kohlefaserverstärktem PLA gedruckt habe (PLA-CF). Die Headshell ist mit einem SME Konnektor auf einem 10mm Alurohr ausgestattet, kann aber auch für ein 10mm Tonarmrohr verwendet werden. Sie wird mit einer Edelstahlschraube geklemmt, dadurch lässt sich auch Azimut und einfach einstellen. Der SME Konnektror ist gebraucht und hat Montage- und Gebrauchsspuren, vorwiegend im unsichtbaren Bereich. Mit dazu liefere ich eine Distanzplatte aus PET-G CF, ideal um das Denon DL 103 auf den richtigen Abstand zu bringen.

Wer eine stabile, steife, resonanzarme und schwere Headshell (18g) sucht, wird hier fündig. Es handelt sich um einen Eigenentwurf von mir, den ich in Titan 3D Drucken lassen habe. Super-stabil, durch Selektives Laser-Sintern, bei einer Wandstärke von nur 1,8mm, vergleichbar mit CNC gearbeiteten Teilen. Die Oberfläche ist glasperlen-gestrahlt. Die Headshell ist mit einem SME Konnektor ausgestattet, kann aber auch für ein 10mm Tonarmrohr verwendet werden. Sie wird mit einer Edelstahlschraube geklemmt, dadurch lässt sich auch Azimut und Abstand einfach einstellen. Der Tonabnehmer wird mit M 2.5 Schrauben von unten an die Kopfplatte geschraubt, die gleichzeitig auch der Lifthebel ist. Die Headshell ist gebraucht und hat Montage- und Gebrauchsspuren, vorwiegend im unsichtbaren Bereich. Mit dazu liefere ich eine Distanzplatte aus PET-G CF, ideal um das Denon DL 103 auf den richtigen Abstand zu bringen. Das Tonabnehmersystem ist nicht dabei und dient nur der Veranschaulichung.
