Here I have a Harmon Kardon clear Soundsticks II subwoofer only with power source & speaker cords. Everything works as it should. It does not come with the speakers. My opinion the speakers were not that great. I used some Kenwood bookshelf speakers I had. You can use this to fix yours or you can hook any speaker you want using the speaker cord. One of the cords has 2 extra wires and those are your volume up and down. You simply touch the wire and volume goes up or down depending on which one you touch. Originally they were wired to a metal button you would touch to use the volume. Dont miss out. Thanks

Tested typical functions and appears to work well. Included video attempts to demonstrate how the dbx encoding/decoding adds clarity to music reproduction. What I failed to show is that it also virtually eliminates tape hiss. I discovered that after I made the video when I went back to listen to both recordings. The very beginning of the unaffected recording was jarring. So jarring that I went back to listen to the beginning of the affected track where that hiss was nearly absent. Please see pictures and video for cosmetic and functional condition.
