Unit has been tested and does play nice. The doors will not open as the tape heads get stuck in the up position. You have to slide the doors open and push the head down, so the door can open. This unit has had all new belts installed (see notes below) and has been serviced and extensively play tested. It is in great working order. Unit only - no cables, accessories, printed materials or original packaging included. Condition Notes:Both transports have new belts installed (2 per transport, 4 total). Hand cleaned, including pinch roller rubber renewal treatment, heads demagnetized. Continous relay playback performed on both transports for 5 hours with no issues. 45 minute tape dubbed at high speed with no issues. Cosmetic condition shows typical light wear and tear only, no damage, a few finish scratches on the top of the casing, a scuff on the door cover of transport A. One of the base feet is missing the foam ring at the bottom. Other minor cosmetic wear and tear not noted may be present as per a used vintage item.
