Tuner is in good working condition. It has been tested and operates great. This does Not come with a remote controll. They do sell them on Ebay and Amazon. They are probably anywhere between $9-$15 possibly less for a generic. Unit does have some marks and light scratches on the top but none are significant or unusual.
